Frequently asked questions

How do I access the customer dashboard?

Go to Sign in. If you subscribed via Whop, use the same email and choose Forgot password to set your password the first time.

How do I upload large files or use the Storage API?

Create a project in the dashboard, generate an API key, then use POST /api/v1/storage/objects with the X-API-Key header. Full examples are in the in-app documentation under Help → Documentation after you sign in.

My CDN or file URL does not load

Public URLs use your configured CDN hostname. If you see a Bunny or “domain suspended” error, your pull zone or custom hostname may not be set up yet. Contact us with the file URL and we will help verify your CDN settings.

Hosting plans and VPS orders

Use the Order Now buttons on our hosting pages or contact us with the plan name. We will confirm pricing and provisioning steps by email.

Billing and subscriptions

For Whop or subscription billing questions, include your receipt or account email in a support message so we can locate your subscription quickly.
